Resolved Question: Airplane Luggage and Food Shopping in Korea?

In November I am going to South Korea for a week. I have a new boyfriend who lives in Incheon and his birthday falls in the week I'll be there. While he was in America I made him a chocolate cheesecake and he wants me to make it for his birthday. I was wondering what ingredients I can find in Korea and which I need to take with me. I need eggs, cocoa powder, cream cheese, solid baking chocolate, and sugar. Obviously, I can't take cheese or eggs on a twenty hour flight, but what about the non perishables?
